Vision is an indicator that there is more. Wherever we are in our personal, professional, social or spiritual pursuits, the possibility of “more” is a powerful incentive. Who doesn’t want more love? More money? More time? More impact? While we can all debate the “what” of more, I believe there is absolutely no doubt that a required component of leadership is vision. If culture is the divider within the equation of leadership, then vision is the multiplier!
